Touch Flo on my HTC Touch Pro dosent work.

go to:

start>>settings>>today>>items

from this menu you should check TouchFlo3d and UNCHECK everything else.

close out this screen and the settings screen...you should be staring at your TouchFlo3d in all its glory.

IF not, try a soft reset...and see if works from there.

soft reset is taking your sylus and press the button in that little hole just to the left of your usb connection on your phone.

what carrier are you with?  is the dealer you bought from reputable??

It should come with touchflo 3d pre-installed.

Ok...try this...you will set your phone back to factory settings.

start>>settings>>system>> (i think its restore system or restore data) what you want is to reset back to factory settings.

try that and see if it works.

IF NOT, I suggest you get with Technical Support of your carrier...and they may ask you to bring your phone in so they can "flash" your phone with a current ROM

i live in canada and the htc touch pro is available in telus and bell

in telus it provides the touch flo 3D
in bell it has the bell user interface
can the bell user inteface be changed to the touch flo 3d?
