Hi all,

I didn't see a general discussion for the touch pro2 here so I figured I'd post here.

I can't seem to find a way to save pictures right to the micro SD card on the touch pro 2.

As soon as i take a pic it automatically gets saved to the device memory.

I have looked through all the settings me us and don't see any option to have it save directly to memory card.  I would think this option would be easy to find, but I guess not.

I am able to install and run programs from the memory card, but not save pics.

Thanks.

I can only tell you how it works on the TP, and hopefully it's the same on the TP2.

* Turn on your camera.
* Tap the screen to make sure you're in picture mode
* tap the settings wheel
* tap Advanced
* tap the arrow to forward to the screen with the option "Storage"
* tapping on it should bring up the option to save to main memory or sd card

Let me know if this worked, if not, we'll look into the registry.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

I found out that with the HTC touch pro 2 you are unable to access or use any programs/ files from the microsd card if the phone is connected to the computer via the usb cable.

I followed your instructions after disconnecting and found the setting to store to microsd card.

Thanks again.

Hello DjEclipse!

I would like to inform you that we've got a HTC Touch Pro 2 site!
Check it out:
http://www.alltouchpro2.com
You might find more useful information or more accurate information on there.
Otherwise, remember that it's almost the same device so you might find your solution here also.
Next time I would recommand you to search this forum and if you don't find your answer here, post the question at alltp2 site.

Same goes for the Touch Pro, assuming you are connected as a "disk drive."
