Going on my 3rd Touch Pro this week, just frustrated

Got my first one in June, by mid July the keyboard was non responsive.   Sprint was great, and replaced it with no questions asked.

Now it's near the end of August, and the second TP has done the same thing.   It was working great until about 2 days ago.   I started getting a strange error popping up on the device, I should have written it down.   Whatever it was was draining a full battery in two hours.   So I soft reset, and that didn't work.   I wound up hard resetting and that got rid of the error but now the keyboard is out completely.   

I thought it might have been something on the storage card, so I reformatted that, hard reset again and again, nothing worked to bring the keyboard back to life.    I'm heading to Sprint tomorrow to get a replacement....   I sincerely hope I'm not replacing this phone every month and a half... it's getting a ridiculous.       

Got my replacement today, workds perfectly.   I hope this one lasts.   I really do love my TP, but I can't take the reliability issues with the keyboard.   I talked to the Sprint rep, and if it happens again we are going to work together to get Sprint to swap it out for another model.   Actually hoping the TP2 hits stores by then...

Wow! Not cool! Sorry to heat about this. But how about trying the TP2 instead? And just pay the little extra?
