Anything but Windows Mobile

Couldn't agree more, buddy. I read that it may be possible to install Android in the near future. In the mean time I am trying to over come the WinMo hurdles and perhaps buy some good apps.

On my Palm I used Agendus every day, so will try to get that for the HTC Touch Pro 2.

Agendus now installed and I am happy I can now easily schedule a meeting with a person whose record I am looking at in my Contacts list, and more! I have also installed the Vehicle tracking program, which is good for tax and the Stock Market program - which lasted 10 minutes, which is how long it took to realize that it only works with the US stock market. HELLO GUYS - there is a whole world out there, not just the US. LOL.

Also installed My Pocket Bible with a heap of translations, which I had on the Palm. I only needed to buy the WM reader for $10, so well worth the migration.

Next came S2U2 to be able to manage security a bit better.

And last, but not least SPB Backup.

So I feel better now and glad that I bought the HTC TP2 after all 

I know I will be looking at other apps in the future, but I am a lot happier now. Can you recommend a nice Database app, anyone? Well, what do you know? There is a WM version of my Palm's HandBase too! Kewl. Bit price tho'. Anything cheaper?

Costs USD 20 bucks. I think I can do better using Mobile Excel, but won't be as pretty.

Mp3 trimmer & Sprint Nav should be factory loaded on your phone.

(After a hard-reset and initial calibration, the phone informs you that it will now load the server specific software - which includes these programs.)

Skifire is a cab download, as far as I know. Battery life won't be great, but I believe we have a couple of threads discussing it.
