So, I am on my second TP already (only been using one for about 2.5 - 3 months), and I had the same issue AGAIN. First time, the keyboard started doing funky stuff, then stopped working all together. Sprint mailed me out a second one, no problems, no charges. The second one, has developed the same problem. Keyboard not working. Long story short, there was lots of profanity involved at a Sprint Corporate store because they refused to replace it in store, I almost got thrown out, and then left a nice trail of rubber and smoke, as I burned out in the parking lot. Got home, called Sprint, spent 40 minutes on the phone, and lo and behold..... Free replacement, AND upgrade, no cost, to a Touch Pro 2. I am still annoyed, but the upgrade was nice, and I hope the TP2 does not develop the same problem as the TP1. If it does, I highly doubt I will ever purchase, or use, another HTC product again.
