"Long, long ago....
in a galaxy
far, far away....."
Star Wars became a cult SciFi phenomenom starting in 1977, when George Lucas employed the most unique and impressive FX in the now classic tale about good and evil.

"May the Force be with you!" is a classic greeting of the good guys.

Our famous villan was Darth Veder, a half human, half cyborg creature, subserviant to the Dark Side and the evil Emporer.

The Star Wars phenomenom got new life, when it was re-created in a trilogy of prequal, to show the younger years of who Darth was and how the evil empire was created.

So - if you dare, Kim, rent the old ones first and work your way up to the new ones. And remember, that back in the day it was a totally NEW thing to see first person perspectives of speeding single man Fighter Space Ships, hovering motorcycle races through the forest as well as mega sized elephant looking robot machines stumping about. Let alone all the neat aliens he created.

Also famous are the duel with the laser swords - I bet you seen some of them around.
