Anybody with Sprint that didn't get the TEP, have a phone they've broken/dropped in water etc? I'd be willing to buy it, let me know.

You don't understand, if it's broken and you don't have TEP you can't do anything with it. Might as well sell it, so someone else can use it. That said, I already bought the phone
