Hello to all. Have a few ?'s HTC TP2

New to this site and a new owner of HTC's Touch Pro 2.
I would like to say I am a completely happy customer. But, with windows 6.1, I'm not enjoying it as much as a few friends that have the non-Verizon, mid grade HTC phones that use the Android O.S., rather then Windows.
I talked to an HTC tech on the phone yesterday and he said that they do not offer this phone without 6.1 on it..And, although approved, doesn't know when 6.5 will be available for it.
He also stated that there are peeps over-writing Windows with Android to the HTC TP2 as well.
He also said if I look around on the internet, I could find. Which is one of the reasons I found you guys!
I'm excited to be here on the forum, meet some peeps, and learn what I need to know about this phone!
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

You're right, it might be a few more weeks before US & Verizon customers can enjoy the 6.5 upgrade.
