Hello, Hopefully soon to be Touch Pro owner

Hello everyone, I came over from the Instinct forum, I am on my 2nd one, and just trying to gets some extra $$$ together, and hopefully call Sprint retention dept. (which I did 3 times already) and finally turn in my 2nd Instinct and prob go with the Pro. I have a few questions if some of you dont mind in helping me out??

One of my biggest probs was I thought the Instincts speaker phone and volume was absolutley horrible!! I came from an old Nextel flip befor it, and I could have a full convo, with the phone sitting in my lap, and Me and the caller cpuld hear fine, The Instinct, I would still have to hold it near my face to have a half way decent speaker phone convo. Is there any type of problem like this with the Pro?

Also, the Instinct had a great visual voicemail feature. I know the Pro doesnt have itm but does anybody know if theres an aftermarket app or something that might let you add this to the pro??

I bought the Instinct because Im on a Pit Crew for 2 race cars, and I wanted to have good web access while I was on the road, and The Instinct really gave me alot of probs. Some say that the Pro is a ver advanced phone, and to be honest, Im not a tech Guru, I see people talking wih all these abreviations, and Im like HUH?? But I would like a phone that Will be alot better to check and send e-mail, browse the web, and even be able to do a little on-line bussiness and banking too.

Thanks for any help, and sorry this is a little long, but I want make the right decision for an expensive phone, because after 2 Instincts, Im sorry I made that decision!!
