If developers decide to join this forum this is the place to post your ideas for new applications.

Remember, developers work on their spare time to provide applications for everybody to enjoy.  No bashing or rushing anybody into developing. 

Other than that post up and let's see what some come up with.

someone with more skills and knowledge than myself should make some cool apps. Like that Zippo that the iphone has, I want stuff like that so bad.

I'd love to see an app that will allow me to program my dvr remotely from my phone (I believe direct TV offers this but I've got comcast) I had this idea back in 2000 when internet phones first came out (anyone rember the Nextel i1000?), except back then it was to program my vcr. But of couse I didn't do anything about it becuase I'm too lazy. anyhow, I'd say it's still a good idea.

Man, I was just talking to some friends about that.  Verizon FIOS offers it to verizon phones (Which makes sense).  I think they should offer it to other carriers, even if they do charge that would DEFINITELY be something I would love to have.

I don't know if anyone uses or knows what Skype is but I wish they could make this app so our cameras could be used as the video output to others.  It sounds pretty high-tech but Skype just isnt the same without video feed.  Using Skype to just makes calls with no video is kind of boring haha. Cool

I would like an application that would manually select roaming instead of automatic like my first HTC 6700 did.  I liked that feature.  My calls using the Sprint system is poor in downtown Houston.

i dont have time to look around right now... but i am pretty sure there are apps that will do this. look into the messaging apps for windows mobile, the ones that combine all the instant messaging services and such... im pretty positive one of them has that feature.
