Silicon Case

I got a silicon case for my TP off eBay. whilst it does fit and mostly does the job, It has two very annoying aspects.

1. I got a black one and it seems to attract all the dust in my pocket

2. (and the most annoying) due to the plastic rails so the two sections of case can slide apart when you open the keyboard, there is part of the silicon case not covering but might as well be covering the connector at the base of the phone. whilst the socket itself is clear of case, it's impossible to insert a connector due to the plastic surround of said plug, so you have to pull the silicon out of the way with difficulty anytime you wish to connect a cable to data transfer / charge the phone... grr...

I am now looking at other case options including a crystal case, which judging by the pictures dont impinge on the connector as they dont use rails but are instead 2 seperate pieces of plastic clipped to each half of the phone.

does anyone have any thoughts comments etc regarding phone cases ?    

I ordered a similar case. I did not use it long. It made the phone feels as bulky as a ppc6700.
I especially didn't like how the top snap on cover surrounded the edges - just like the old Mogul & Apache had the metal around the screen.

I enjoy the screen being flush all the way to th edge. No squeezing my fingers in the corners to hit the x-button.

I ended up ordering an invisible "skin" for it. It's like a screen protector, but all around the phone. Has to be applied in sections. Haven't done it yet. Hopefully I'll get around to it soon
