I have a PDair case which is very good, but I'm toying with the idea of treating myself to a Pielframa. But at £45 it is NOT a cheap case! Does anyone have any experience of this case?
Thanks.

Of course.
Here's the case on the Pixel Frama site:
www.pielframa.com/cases.asp?id=728&idcalidad=5&idioma=en&color=1

And a discription here:
www.pdahut.com/store/product.php?productid=21458

And I see I was wrong about the £45 cost. It's £49!!!  Shocked

Well, if you've bought a TP2 for a lot of money then I think that you should invest in a really good safe keeper.

This case looks good, really good. So I, personally, think Yes, buy it. It can save you money in the future.

My opinion.

Nice looking case!

Two thoughts that come to mind:

1) It's a book-style case. Which means it will be awkward answering the phone unless you plan on using it with head phones / bluetooth only. (but I bet you thought about that already)

2) On the positive side, it doesn't cover any of the screen, which is great, since some of the cases fit very tightly and will push on the screen (like those that have a small edge surrounding the screen) and interfere with the use of the touch screen.

I'd say, if you considered your daily use with the book-style case: GO FOR IT!!! Treat yourself!

Thanks to you both for the thoughts.
Well, I certainly agree that it's worth investing in a good case. A single awkward drop could cost considerably more than £45, if not in monetary terms then in inconvenience, loss of data data, etc, as we all know, I'm sure.

Regarding your two points, Atomic2Mod:

1) I've never been a fan of flip cases, I much prefer book-style (which my current, very good PDair case is), so all's well on that front.

and 2) I can't actually think of how it would be possible to design a TP2 case that DID cover any of the screen. I mean, how would you then be able to open the keyboard?!

I had ordered a hard case for the tp. It snapped on the top and the bottom seperately. It was a pain to use with the touch screen covered on the edges.

Piel Frama is known for making some of the best leather accessory's for Apple devices, smart phones, and almost anything electronic. I was lucky enough to get my hands on the new Wallet Case for the iPhone 4. The Wallet Case features a built in credit card department, a clear ID department, and a place to slip your iPhone inside. Let's take a closer look to see if the Piel Frama Wallet Case is the best leather case currently available for the iPhone 4. Before I begin, let me warn you that this will be an exceptionally long review due to the fact that there is literally too much to say about this case. All right, now that you have taken this into consideration, take a moment to ponder wether you will read the full review or skip to the bottom for the rating and credentials. Ready? Let's begin!

I was first talking to Angelica about a review request after a few members of both my website and on other forums asked me to review the case. So, after a few days of planning and some emailing, I was finally able to get the case shipped from Spain all the way to America, or more specific, Washington. The case took about ten days to be handcrafted up at Piel Frama's headquarters. Which, really isn't too long considering the fact that some other leather manufacturers take any time from two weeks too a whole month.
