Alternative backplate

Anyone know if theres an alternative backplate available?

The faceted backplate is the only thing I don't like on the touch pro. In fact - I hate it.
Designwise its just.. well, horrid to be honest.

So does anyone know of a different looking backplate/cover?    

I have the version WITH the faceted back cover.

For all those who don't like the silvery battery cover, I have found an amazing thread over at ppcgeeks.
They (for there are many now) have taken the back cover and dyed it with fabric dye.

That red one looks sweet! Wish I had one of those.

Still, personally I dont quite like the sprint version either. Its just too rounded.
I would like to see the original cover, but with a plain flat backside (without the zuggly brushed triangle).

Plain, simple and decent looking. Some might even say boring, but thats the way I like it)
Oh... and a case doesnt do the trick.

Yes there is an alternative backplate. In fact the alternative backplate is used for the extended life battery (2500mah) but could be used without the extended life battery. I could imagine that the stock battery would have the potential to become disconnected while using the other backplate and not using the extended battery. As far as other backplates for the stock battery, I have not come accross any yet. I hope this helps.
