This is the place to post any "extra" accessories you may have for the Touch Pro or Touch Pro 2, or even if you want to sell or buy a Touch Pro or Touch Pro 2 (when it is released).

PLEASE do not post here trying to rip anyone off.  Keep in mind e-bay is a wonderful thing and very easy to gauge how must an accessory will cost.  With that in mind, have at it Smiley

Good idea D, I keep telling people eBay cause I buy and sell a lot on there and know the current prices. Actually to avoid any ripoffs, I suggest 2 people who meet on here that want to make a transaction do it on eBay. Yes it will cost you a couple dollars, but worth the security. Just my 2 cents...

This idea was from Atomic2Mod so the thanks goes to her Smiley  Great ideas as usual.

I agree on the security of ebay especially if you're buying phones.  When it comes to accessories I don't know if it's worth it but always a good thing to think about.

I have to tell you, you can get really decent prices on Amazon and none of the hassles of E-Bay. Just my 2 cents...

I'm not sure where you looked but I looked for a HTC Touch Pro just nw and the cheapest price was almost $400. You can get them on eBay for $300 and sometimes cheaper.

Update, the Touch Pros are selling regularly for a little under $200 on eBay and this is without a contract.

I was speaking only about accessories. I bought chargers (car and home) and other stuff for my Instinct (Samsung OEM) for a fraction of the price. Car chargers $4, travel chargers $5. I see similar deals on HTC accessories. I wouldn't trust buying a phone over e-bay - but that's just me...

I bougth 2 phones on eBay. Good bargain, great phones. Just have to be careful. It's worse if you do craigslist, since you can't check on the seller and you don't know if the phone has a clean esn until it's too late.

Haha, I sold a car on Cragslist too, but people can come see that. Atomic is right on eBay, it's very easy. You look at the person's feedback. If they have a bunch and are close to 100%, they are a good seller. Simple.

Well, if people want to sell a thing they got, they can ask for anything really...

So maybe;

You can overprice a item with how much you want, of course.
But the relative (current) price shall also be included? (Check e-bay for the current prices on used items)

Got you on the accessories but you're missing the boat on eBay big time. Just like Amazon, they have a feedback (ratings) system. People on there with anything more than 100 feedbacks and at least 98-100% positive and there is no difference. Oh, except that you'll save money ha.

BTW, brand NEW Pro's are selling for about $250 now on eBay.

Very true.  I have to say I'm with gibsonjunkie on this one, Amazon is real good for like used items and such.  I bought like 5 cd's that I couldn't get illegally for like $3 a piece, ripped them onto my iTunes, and sold them back, haha.  It's like free music.

But otherwise Amazon is as trustworthy as eBay.  I can't speak much for eBay because i haven't used it enough.  But I'm always hearing good things.

I used to sell a lot on eBay - not so much lately. But I'm getting ready to throw some old phones on there.
