Hi.  I have Outlook Exchange that syncs contacts and calendar to the touchpro.
Outlook also has notes but I can't seem to find them on my touch pro.  Do I need to configure the touch pro somehow to sync the notes with outlook?

2nd question.  My outlook inbox shows up fine on the touchpro and I can move emails from my inbox to my subfolders.  I can't seem to get the emails in the subfolders to be accessible on the touch pro

Thanks for any help!

Are you using XP or Vista to sync?  The reason I ask is XP you sync via "Active Sync" with Vista sync via Windows Mobile Device Center.

Hi.  Thanks for jumping in.  I'm using Vista and Windows Mobile Device Center.  I've actually figured out how to get the notes to sync with the TP (can set it up on the WinMo Device Center on my laptop).  Although they seem to sync, they are all in one folder and don't have the subcategories they were assigned in Outlook...  Any thoughts on that?

Part two of the question is still unanswered completely.  Thanks for your help...

Well I don't sync my email so I couldn't tell you 100%.  Have you tried the top left corner where it says "inbox."  Click on it and it should bring down a dropdown list with all of your subcategories and such.

See if this helps:
When syncing, click on "Mobile Device Settings/change content sync settings/E-mail Sync Settings/Select Folders to sync" and then check your folders.

Regarding your email subfolder question, try this:

Start/Messsaging/Menu/Tools/Manage Folders/click on the + by Inbox/check the subfolder(s) you wish to synch.

I'm having a similar problem. Windows Mobile Device constantly says "error" regardless of what computer I try to synch from (i've tried 3 different computers). I'm not sure if there is a problem with my phone or a bug with windows mobile device? two computers were vista and one was windows 7, all 3 "error". I can't seem to synch my notes from my Outlook and I have important information on there that I access daily. Please help!
