...transfer contacts from a Razr?

Is it possible to (w/my own resources) transfer my Razr contacts to the TP? I have "Motorola Phone Tools" which allows me to back up my contact list but I don't remember off hand what the file type is. I'm pretty sure I can open it with Outlook..but am not positive. I'm assuming that would be the best route?

If you can backup your contacts onto MS Outlook then do it. The Touch Pro can use outlook to sync your contacts via Windows Mobile Device center.
