my call history has a !, and it won't go away. i don't want to clear it because i still need to reference to old calls. what can i do to get rid of the ! Call history..it's confusing because i would think there's a miscall or something, but really not.

That's just the regular icon for it. If you missed a call, it would actually tell you right next to it: (You have) 2 Missed Calls.
