This will clear all data. But if you have your contacts synced with your computer hard resets aren't really a problem. It's just getting the personal settings and 3rd-party-programs back that you want - in this case this ROM has a lot of 3rd-party-programs installed already for you it's pretty much everything you want. I've only installed like 3-4 things on my phone because this ROM has it all already.
Yeah, same here! The Energy ROM comes with so much!!! I only installed 3 things, paint, UNO and Stopwatch.
