If that is what you're asking, I uploaded my screen shot to a site (I used photobucket.com) and once I did that I copied the |IMG| code to my signature (signature located in your profile.)
So there's a line in my signature that looks something like this:

Ohh, yeah, sorry about that.. I was thinking a little to advanced, hehe.
Imageshack.us is a great site also!
And remember that the | should be [ and there should not be any spaces.
So;
