Hey everyone, just let me say how much I appreciated your help with my previous post Smiley

Now, I have had my Touch Pro for about 4 days now, and I am experiencing some problems. This is very disappointing, as I was very excited about getting this phone,

1) The phone is often unresponsive doing the simplest of tasks, and constantly freezes to the point a soft reset is required.
2) The virtual keyboard appears when the physical keyboard is open, even when there is no field to enter text into.
3) Whenever I press the home button or go back to TF3D in methods described in my previous post, the program often quits.
4) Opera (and Microsoft Messenger) often quits on it's own at random intervals, and takes up to 5 minutes to load google.com
5) I have loaded music onto my memory card, and it isn't showing up in the TF3D interface, which is a pain as having to fish through the File Explorer every time I need to listen to a song isn't exactly the peak of convenience Tongue

I've heard about flashing different ROM's and stuff, but I have also heard it will void my warranty, I know this may make things difficult but I can't void my warranty, as I have the phone for 2 years on my contract, and buying a new phone isn't an option for me at the moment.

Apart from the above, I love my Touch Pro!!

Thankyou again for all your help!!

Hi!
Unless the phone has some a corrupted ROM, the thing that usually gets rid of all the quirks is a hard reset - which you'll want to do anytime you get a new windows mobile phone from now on.

Be aware, that this will erase all the music, photos, contacts etc you've put on, so back those up!
