Someone has sent me picture mail and I can't see to retrieve it. How do I access it on the touch pro?

You should have a mail box already for the Sprint Picture Mail.

If "send/receive" doesn't do it for you, try sending yourself a picture first. I had to do this too, only then would it actually connect to the picmail server.
