Phones Screen is Changing Colors

My phones screen keeps changing colors like red and blue kind of looks like 3d...
Seems to be messing up i guess, is there any way i can fix this???

Is it ON the screen or IN the screen ?
Also is it sqare (90 degrees corners) ?

Its on the screen cause sometimes itll go away except for on the pictures its always like that... No its not square im not sure how to explain it wish i could show it to u...

Hence we are in a forum and you cannot show a picture, we are kind of stranded. I recommand you to go to an electronic store and ask for their help, at least to identify the problem.

Then contact your carrier, if sprint go to a sprint store if located near you.
