New Framework for HTC touch pro?

Ok guys ive been poking around the web and im came across a web site athat you can download free .cabs for your htc touch pro, i was looking for a groove shark mobile appliecation as well.  But, when i downloaded it to my phone it said, "The application requires a newer verision of Microsoft .NET Compact Framework than the verision installed on this device."

So i look for a new verision of this framework or look some where esle for a grooveshark mobile?
