You won't believe this. My phone fell out of my purse on Friday night as I left work. I don't use it on the weekend so didn't even know that it was gone! I got an email in my junk box saying did I lose it. A wonderful person picked it up, took it home, dried it out as it was soaking wet case included and figured out how to find me. I picked it up today and it still works like a charm and lost no data! How amazing is that! You gotta love our phone!!!! Cheers Jan

Not to ruin the happiness!

But I advice you to backup your data asap! This happened to me to (NOTE: Not on the HTC TP But on my old SE K700i) and it worked for a week and a half then it blacked out!

So I advice you to backup all thing you want to keep, either using PIM backup or another backup program.

ALSO, take out the battery and check if the little box on the top still is pink. If it's not, then I advice you to buy a new battery.

Anyways, this is not just to ruin the happiness, because it's not sure or a fact that this will happen, you might just have been very lucky Smiley

Believe it or not, mine fell in a toilet, (clean water) and had to retrieve it by hand.  I ripped the battery out and let it dry for 3 days and no problem Cheesy

My girlfriend did something like this too, she lost it in the snow, so it was not soaked, but wet. And dry'd it for 7 days or so, working like a charm Smiley They actually can withstand a lot these phones! Smiley

I've had mine for about 1 year and 1 month. Lost it so many times in stone floor, in the sink and so on! WORKS WORKS WORKS!! There is no stopping this crazy machine!! hehe Wink
