How do I change the default browser from "Opera" to IE" ?

You can try changing the registry key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\DEFBROWSER

People have also suggested changing the xml file, but that has not worked out well and is rather involved.

This only works for the system browser...I've searched for instructions on changing the TF3D browser, but have not had any luck....

What I did find was changing the xml with Total Commander, but do not have the folders that they were telling me to find and edit....
