At the moment I'm curious if anyone has ever used or had any experiences with Walking Hotspot (
http://walkinghotspot.com/). I searched ATP.com and nothing came up for walking hotspot so here's my post.
I've been looking at using my HTC Touch Pro as a internet connection and right now I love it. So far it's overshadowing all of the annoying bugs that the HTC Touch Pro has (or my TP is one of those lemons) because of the internet connectivity.
I'll keep that in mind when buying a new smartphone and a laptop because this is definitely going to help me when I'm not at a wifi hotspot.
So, has anyone heard of any wifi programs or such like Walking Hotspot or anything like them? I have no experience here and it's the first time I've even began to think about using a smartphone as an internet connection. However, I'm wondering if Sprint is ever going to just explode and start charging higher rates for unlimited data plans (which I have; me bragging >:]) all of a sudden or they're going to put in place a penalty fee one day.
