all the pictures ive seen of the phone have the big clock with the slidable menu at the bottom. i cant figure out how to change mine to look like that. i have the verizon version.

It's TouchFLO 3D.

I believe it's on there, but Verizon hasn't enabled it.

Go to Start/Settings/Today/Items to enable it. It has to be the only one checked off there.

If this does not work, you might need to hard reset it and look for it there again.
