All of a sudden today, nobody can hear me. I have taken the battery out, soft reset, etc. I didn't even drop it....today  Undecided

What else can I try, I am gonna go nuts!  Angry

I can make calls and receive them, but nobody can hear the words coming out my mouf  Cry

Well that is most likely a hardware issue bro.  Do you have insurance on it?

Rule out any software issues by also doing a hard reset (clear Storage). It will set your phone back to factory settings, but be sure to back up your stuff first.

Well I used my blue tooth headset and that got the phone to work again...somehow. But anyway, I just got in the HTC Hero yesterday and this phone is pretty damn sweet. I do miss the slide out keyboard and will try this out for a month to see if it's a big deal cause the Samsung Moment has it that's coming out in November. But anyway, since you guys are HTC fans, this phone is something you should go play with at the store. Some very cool features and I'm sure there are people out there with great things to add like this site...hopefully. plus the Market has lots of free apps that I haven't even begun to explore.

Anyway, thanks again for all the help and responses. I will probably be on some sort of Hero forum now haha, hopefully you guys will too.

Good to hear it cleared up!

Yeah, the Hero looks very sweet. I'm not so much an HTC fan as I do depend on WM - regardless of who makes the set or creates the UI.

Report back when the month is up and let us know which phone won you over!
