Hey I know that Ive seen this somewhere but cant find it now. I have a tp. on sprint. I cant answer the phone anymore. This is my 3rd phone and all have done this. I took it to a sprint store to be fixed and they did, but the phone got wet and had to get another one. I know that it has to do with the screen lock feture but I cant figure out how to keep it from locking the buttons when im trying to answer it.
Please help. I need a " for dummies" step by step way to fix this. Thanks if you can help.

your regular KeyLock settings are in
Start/Settings/System/Keylock

But: it should not interfere with being able to answer phone calls. When your phone rings, you should be able to answer them with either a screenn tap on "Talk" or with the hardware phone button.

Do you have s2u2 installed? That could interfere with it.

Sounds like you messed with something you shouldn't have...I've never had any issues with Advanced Configuration, any of the many times I've installed it.
