I have a broken touch screen and I need to use keyboard shortcuts to navigate the phone. Does anyone know how to select either the bottom right or bottom left screen options from the keyboard? An example of what I am trying to do is set my phone back to Active sync mode because I am stuck in usb disk drive mode. I appreciate any help that someone can give me.

Same happened to me. What has happened is that; the under-layer of the screen has departed with the over-layer of the screen, causing an air bobble to fill the empty room that was not there before this happened.

If you have a kind of oil spot on your screen this confirms it. Take it to the place where you bought it and ask for a repair.

You can install MyMobiler http://www.mymobiler.com/ . Now you can use the PC keyboard and mouse to navigate your phone.

I cannot install mymobiler until I get Active Sync mode turned back on.

Does any one else have any suggestions as to how I can use the keyboard to turn off USB drive mode and re-enable Active Sync mode?

bump.

This has happened to me and I'd also like to know. I think if I can access the start menu somehow then the settings could be changed. I've tried several soft resets, and my phone will not give me the option to select how to connect when plugged into the computer like it's supposed to.
