So I got my contacts from my Instink into Outlook and then I plugged in my Pro and it synced. However, it put their last name or initial first. I have gone into Outlook and tried changing the "File As" category and that hasn't worked. Any suggestions?

I just want it in order by FIRST name!

When you sync it to your TouchPro.  You should be able to go into all the contacts and change the display categories.  This part will be pretty time consuming but I think that's how you have to do it. 

Go to a contact
Click Menu then Edit
Go down to where it says "File as" and click on it and it should give you a couple of different options.

Haha, actually, that is what I am doing right now but I am a lazy mofo! There has to be a way of having it in Outlook "File As" in the First Name order....

Here's an app that will do the sorting for you. Haven't tried it out, since I only discovered it AFTER I had done it all by hand....
