I have made this section for all CDMA carriers.  Some upgrades, tips and tricks are only compatible with CDMA phones so this is the place to post those CDMA specific questions or comments.

Check out www.htc.com.  It's on their home page.  Not my cup of tea but I'm sure there are some realllly cool feature upgrades and add-ons. SmileySmiley  Should be a pretty nice phone.

Well, unfortunately I'm not happy with Windows Mobile, so I'm not buying anything else that runs it.

Sorry you feel that way.  It's one of those Operating Systems you either love or hate.  Sorry you're not a fan.

Doubt it.  Supposedly there has been talk about no phones upgrading to 6.5.  Supposedly the only phones which will have 6.5 will be pre-loaded.  Not sure how accurate that is though.  You know how the grapevine is not always correct.  I read it on ppcgeeks.com somewhere if I recall correctly.

I visited my Verizon store a few weeks ago to look at the TP and was discussing with a back room geek about my desire to wait for the TP2 and WinMobile 7.0 ... not knowing which would come first, heck 6.5 might still be the flavor of the day when TP2 arrives ... he mentioned that Verizon (at least, he wasn't sure about others) certainly wouldn't be able to 'up grade' OS's.

I have heard Sprint will get the TP2 in mid June and they will offer a free upgrade to 6.5 when it comes out.  I don't think they will give the upgrade to the TP1 though.

Since Touch Flo 3D is soo integrated into Windows Mobile, you can basically do anything without ever seeing windows mobile.  TFL3D really fixes a major downside to windows mobile.

Thought I'd bump this up. The tp2 releases officially tomorrow at sprint stores and some have it by mail order already. I'm looking forward to hearing real user reviews from real sprint users. I know the gsm v. has been out for awhile and folks are understandably raving about it. Big diff between the two formats and battery life while decent on my gsm pro was def in need of help on my sprint pro. I'd have to pay full retail for a tp2 so I'm waiting to hear from some "good ol" sprint users as to their experiences before I either jump on it or save my cash. This device has great potential and while the pro1 had certain issues it would be nice to see the pro2 resolve those. The screen is awesome enough! Makes me want it for that alone.
Hope to start hearing soon!

If you use the TP2 I recommand you to ask over at our sistersite.
http://www.alltouchpro2.com

Also, a little tip. in your posted topic "Need a roaming hack" how about just writing there that you use TP2 (if that is the situation of course Smiley ) so that people are aware of it, since this is a TP forum.

Just a little friendly tip Smiley

Hope you'll get your answer.

I think you should not have made a second site, it dilutes the participants
